Complimentary Round-trip Transportation
Free round-trip transportation for 2 adults on a shared basis from the International Cancun Airport (CUN) to the Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya and from the hotel to the airport (CUN). Applies for new reservations with a minimum stay of 4 nights. This complimentary transportation applies to reservations made between 4 days and up to 6 months prior to the check in date. The airport shuttle may stop at Unico Hotel Riviera Maya before arriving at Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya. The same route could be followed for the return trip, having as the final destination the Cancun International Airport.
Early check-in and late Check-out
Early Check-in is subject to availability upon arrival and does not apply to arrivals on Fridays or Saturday.
Late Check-out is subject to availability. This promotion allows for a check-out until 4:00 p.m. on your departure day. To request this benefit, please visit the reception desk at least 24 hours before departure to confirm availability. After this time, the promotion will no longer apply. This promotion does not apply to departures on Fridays or Saturdays.
